ARGENTINA

1. Start off by priming your eyelids with the ELF Eyelid primer.
2. With the white pencil liner create a white base all over your eyelid, this will make the colors we put on top pop a lot more.
3. With the yellow from the same BH Cosmetics Party girl palette apply it on the inner corner of the eye. This will act as the sun on the Argentina flag.
4. Using the shimmery white on the second row of the same palette apply it on the left over eyelid space.
5. Taking the vibrant blue apply it above the crease of the eye and blend it towards the brow bone.
6. To create some depth take the matte brown located on the first row and apply it on the outer v and outer crease of the eye. Blend.
7. With a light blue pencil line your lower lash line and lower waterline then set the eyeliner with the vibrant blue eyeshadow previously used.
8. With the ELF cream liner create an extremely thin line on your upper lash line.
9. Apply mascara both on your upper and lower lashes.

GERMANY

1. Start off by priming your eyelids with the ELF Eyelid primer.
2. Straight after that take the vibrant red from the BH Cosmetics Party Girl palette and apply it all over your lid.
3. Take a mixture of the two matte browns on the palette and slowly blend this on the crease of your eye.
4. Gradually start adding a matte black eyeshadow on top of the brown blending towards your brow bone. Slowly build up the intensity of the black until you reach your desired pigmentation.
5. Apply the yellow from the same palette on your lower lash line and when you reach your outer lash line create an upwards wing reaching the black shadow.
6. Line your upper lash line with the ELF cream liner.
7. Apply mascara both on your upper and lower lashes.

ARGENTINA

1. Empieza el look aplicando primer en tu párpado móvil. Esto va a asegurar que las sombras duren todo el dia.
2. Aplica delineador blanco en el párpado para crear una base blanca. Esto va a hacer que los colores que pongas encima se vean mas intensos.
3. Usando la Party Girl Palette de BH Cosmetics toma el color amarillo mate y aplícalo en el lagrimal. Esto va a representar el sol en la bandera de Argentina.
4. Toma el blanco de la segunda fila y aplícalo en el párpado móvil.
5. Con el azul/celeste ponlo en el párpado fijo. Difuminalo brevemente hacia la ceja.
6. Para crear un poco de dimension y que no se vea completamente plano vamos a aplicar un poco de el cafe mate que esta en la primera fila de la paleta de maquillaje y ponlo en la v externa de el ojo. Difuminalo muy bien ya que no queremos lineas duras ni visibles.
7. Con un delineador azul claro ponlo en la linea de pestañas inferiores y linea de agua. Para que el delineador se quede en su lugar todo el día aplica un poco de la sombra azul/celeste que usamos anteriormente y ponlo encima.
8. Toma el delineador de gel de la marca ELF en el color negro y crea una linea delgada lo mas cerca de tus pestañas superiores.
9. Finalmente aplica mucho rimmel.

ALEMANIA

1. Empieza el look aplicando primer en tu parpado. Esto va a asegurar que las sombras duren todo el dia.
2. Justo después toma el rojo de la paleta de sombras “BH Cosmetics Party Girl” y ponlo en el párpado mobil.
3. Crea una mezcla de los dos cafe mate de la misma paleta y aplica esta mezcla en el hueco de tu ojo.
4. Lentamente empieza a aplicar una sombra negra arriba la mezcla de cafes. Poco a poco ve poniendo mas sombra negra para incrementar la intensidad de el negro. Estas tratando de hacer un smokey eye con negro y rojo.
5. Con el amarillo que viene en la paleta de sombras aplicalo en tu linea de lagrimas inferior y crea una linea viniendo de la esquina de tu ojo hacia la sombra negra. (usa la foto como referencia)
6. Toma el deliniador de gel de la marca ELF en el color negro y crea una linea de grosor mediano lo mas cerca de tus pestañas superiores.
7. Finalmente aplica mucho rimmel.
